You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. All orders are delivered via registered courier with Authority To Leave. Orders with Same Day delivery cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.

If there is an issue fulfilling your Same Day delivery order, you will be contacted via phone. If we are unable to reach you to resolve your order, we reserve the right to convert your order to Standard delivery with Authority To Leave. In this case, the Same Day delivery freight charge will be refunded to you.

Free Click & Collect

Collect your online purchase at your local Trenery store, free of charge.

Simply select your product online and we'll let you know if your items are available for collection from your local store within 8 business hours.

Due to high demand, items sent from our warehouse may take 3-10 business days to arrive in store.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. In the unlikely event that we can't complete your Click & Collect order, you'll receive an email notifying you of the unavailable item/s and we'll send a refund to your original payment method. If you have not collected your order after 14 days, we'll need to void your items and issue you with a refund.

*Please note this service may not be available during sale events and is only available from our Australian and New Zealand sites.

If you can't find your size or colour in your local store, our team members can order it for you if the item is available for sale on our website. Best of all, delivery will be free. Only available in Australian and New Zealand stores (exc. David Jones, Myer & Outlet stores) and on product that has not been permanently reduced.

If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders.

For further information regarding your split order, you can log into your account, and go to "My Orders" to view live status updates. Orders with Same Day delivery will not be split.

  • Standard Delivery - Orders are delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning your parcel may be left in a safe place without needing a signature. In some areas, our delivery partner may require a signature at their discretion.
  • Same Day Delivery - Authority To Leave is a requirement for Same Day delivery, however if it is determined that it is not safe to leave the goods or delivery is unable to be effected for any other reason, your parcel will be returned to us and Customer Service will contact you regarding your order.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

Trenery occasionally offers pre-order on selected items for Australian and New Zealand customers. This allows customers to receive early access to our collections, and secure items before they arrive. Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. The date is an expected delivery date, and may change due to elements outside of Trenery's control. You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. Your items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, and we'll email you once they're on the way.

Same Day Delivery and Click & Collect are not available on pre-order items. If your order includes both a pre-order item and other items, they will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us.

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure shipment of pre-orders are delivered to the correct address. Please contact us to update your details.
